Bonafide was founded by Ralph Herlick in 1995 with a simple idea: build a company that keeps clients and their customers satisfied. Starting with maintenance work for Sobeys and Safeway, Bonafide grew steadily through consistent execution and trusted relationships.
Jeff Herlick purchased Bonafide Construction Solutions in 2018 and, after more than three decades with the company, now owns and operates the business. He leads the company with a strong focus on customer service, efficiency, and quality, driving long-term relationships and continued growth across Central Canada.
