Bonafide Construction Solutions was founded in 1995 by Ralph Herlick. With years of experience in the construction industry and a clear vision for how a contractor should operate, Ralph set out to build something different: a company that genuinely kept clients and their customers satisfied.
The company started with maintenance jobs and small remodels for retailers like Sobeys and Safeway. Those early relationships were built on reliability and quality, and they became the foundation for everything that followed.
Over time, Bonafide's client base grew to include national department stores, financial service offices, grocery chains, and a wide range of commercial and retail clients across Manitoba.

Jeff Herlick
Jeff started at Bonafide more than 20 years ago as a general labourer. He learned every aspect of the business from the ground up, and that hands-on experience is exactly what makes him effective. Under his leadership, Bonafide has grown into a full-service commercial general contractor.
